Webquests
Webquests are inquiry-oriented activities in which the information used by the learner is drawn from the Web. I'll use Webquests to have students do interactive projects, in groups or individually, such as acting like a journalist reporting on the causes of the American Civil War based on secondary and primary sources. Webquests are good tools to use in the classroom because they are interesting and fun for the students that allow them to work on the Web to do activities. They do have their flaws though such as the reliance on technology that sometimes messes up such as the Web to do activities, and another flaw is that some students may not be qualified or have the provisions to work on the Web.
